First  Project for Our Little One!



I made a minky blanket, that is so soft and cozy.
I used a combination of these two tutorials:

http://www.howdoesshe.com/designer-print-and-minky-baby-blanket/ and http://melissadark.blogspot.com/2011/09/easy-baby-blanket-tutorial.html. I had been saving the fabric, Majestic Oak in Sunglow by Joel Dewberry for months just for this special project.

Yesterday we went to BuyBuyBaby for the first time, very exciting, we saw several things that we would eventually want/need, however, we decided to spend our coupon on castle building blocks! It was very fun.


Tomorrow is my confirmation appointment at the clinic, I'm looking forward to getting all of the information and my most accurate estimated due date, so we can recalculate how much longer we have to keep this secret!
